Keeping Kids Off the Streets, Inc. (KKOS) is a non-profit youth development organization designed to keep kids off the streets. How? By providing a quality licensed after-school program during the school year that addresses their scholastic needs and youthful energies, and offering a variety of summer programs. Our mission is to have a positive impact on the lives of inner city and at-risk youth by providing services that promote academic success, foster personal development and enhance social skills to empower them to become confident and capable individuals. We offer homework assistance, computer access to reinforce skills, martial arts training, vocal workshops, arts and crafts, fashion shows and much, much more. Every month there will be workshops and seminars geared towards the develop of children as well as parents. For the parents, topics such as financial awareness, job skill training, resume writing, interviewing skills, college funding and more is covered.
