Group Fitness Classes

Cardio Kickboxing: a “tae-bo” like class that combines strength, flexibility, cardiovascular and kickboxing movements with upbeat music.  Guaranteed to improve your health in a fun but challenging way.  Our classes are ran by certified aerobic instructors.  Benefits: improved cardiovascular endurance, improved muscular endurance, improved flexibility, improved circulation, improved balance and a faster metabolism.  (Mon/Wed/Fri  7:00 pm—7:55 pm)

 

Total Body Conditioning: 55 minutes of a full body workout that uses resistance bands, dumbbells and your bodyweight.  Every major muscle group and those “problem” areas are addressed in an energetic workout that will lift the spirit as well as melt the pounds away.  Classes are led by certified personal trainers and/or certified aerobic instructors. Benefits: improved cardiovascular endurance, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved flexibility, improved circulation, faster metabolism.  ( Tue, Thu 7:00 pm—7:55 pm, Sat 9:00 am—10:00 am)

 

Both classes are open, and every individual, regardless of fitness level, will find enough of a challenge that will help them achieve their goals.
