Personal Training

 

We provide opportunities for a person to receive personalized, one on one training in strength training, body toning, sports conditioning and martial arts training.  We are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, whether it is to lose 10 pounds or to maintain or improve your health.  Our trainers are professional, knowledgable, caring and friendly.  Some of the certifications that are held by our trainers include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), AFAA, ACE, AAAI-ISMA and others.  If you are interested in one of our personal training programs, contact us and we’ll put you in touch with a trainer.  Training sessions are controlled and scheduled between you and the trainer during our ‘non-peak’ hours.
